Adam and Eve

When the first time I saw Botero's statue of "Adam and Eve" in Monaco, in the park behind the Monte Carlo Casino, it made me think a bit. Indeed they were the ancestors of mankind, as it propagates in the Bible? I think not. Just try to think: if they were the first people whom God has created, I would ask, who created God? And him? And him? ..... Who was the first, and how he was created? What if there was no first? Why do we try to imagine everything as having a beginning and an end? Because that they it is taught us in schools, we live in such a society. If indeed so, I would ask, where to begin and end the space? Or is it infinite? Can we imagine the infinite? Probably the vast majority of people do not. But I do not want to go deeper into this now, I could write pages. What I only want to say is don't always stick to the learned ones,  heard ones, let soar your imagination sometimes, try to push your thought off the ground. Maybe in that way we can be wiser ....

Amikor először láttam Botero Ádám és Éva szobrát Monacóban, a Monte-Carlo Casino mögötti parkban, kicsit elgondolkodtatott. Valóban ők lennének az emberiség ősei, ahogy azt a Biblia hírdeti? Szerintem nem. Gondoljunk csak bele: ha ők voltak az első emberek, akiket Isten teremtett, kérdem én, Istent ki teremtette? És őt? És őt?..... Ki volt az első, és ő hogyan jött létre? Mi van akkor, ha nem volt első? Miért próbálunk meg mindent úgy elképzelni, mint aminek van eleje és vége? Mert ezt tanítják az iskolában, ilyen társadalomban élünk. Ha valóban így lenne, kérdem én, hol kezdődik és végződik a világűr? Vagy az végtelen? El tudjuk képzelni a végtelent? Valószínű, az emberek nagytöbbsége nem. De nem szeretnék ebbe most mélyebben belemenni, oldalak tudnék erről írni. Amit mondani szeretnék, az csupán annyi, ne ragaszkodjunk mindig a tanultakhoz, hallottakhoz, hagyjuk néha szárnyalni a fantáziánkat, próbáljunk meg gondolatban elrugaszkodni a földről. Talán így bölcsebbek lehetünk....
